This Is How We Roll - Florida Georgia Line song lyrics - dntstore

Florida Georgia Line

"This Is How We Roll"
(feat. Luke Bryan)
The mixtape's got a little Hank, little Drake
A little something bumping, thump, thumping on the wheel ride
The mix in our drink's a little stronger than you think
So get a grip, take a sip of that feel right
The truck's jacked up, flat bills flipped back
Yeah you can find us where the party's at

This is how we roll
We hanging round singing out everything on the radio
We light it up with our hands up
This is how we roll
This is how we do
We're burning down the night shooting bullets at the moon baby
This is how we roll

Yeah baby this is how we roll
We rollin' into town
With nothing else to do we take another lap around
Yeah holla at your boy if you need a ride
If you roll with me yeah you know we rollin' high
Up on them 37 Nittos, windows tinted hard to see though
How fresh my baby is in the shotgun seat oh
Them kisses are for me though, automatic like a free throw
This life I live it might not be for you but it's for me though
Let's roll!

This is how we roll
We hanging round singing out everything on the radio
We light it up with our hands up
This is how we roll
This is how we do
When the world turns ugly I just turn and look at you baby
This is how we roll

[Luke Bryan:]
Yeah we're proud to be young
We stick to our guns
We love who we love and we wanna have fun
Yeah we cuss on them Mondays
And pray on them Sundays
Pass it around and we dream about one day

This is how we roll
We hanging round singing out everything on the radio
We light it up with our hands up
This is how we roll
This is how we ride
We slingin' up the mud, cuttin' through the countryside baby
This is how we roll

Yeah this is how we roll
This is how we roll
This is how we do
We're burning down the night shooting bullets at the moon baby
This is how we roll
Yeah this is how we roll

Gary Barlow Serenades Fan at Her Wedding After Global Twitter Campaign

Gary Barlow made a fan's dream come true when he surprised her by crashing her wedding.
New bride Louise Newman's big day was made even more memorable by the surprise visit from the star who serenaded the bride with one of her favourite Take That songs.
Barlow's appearance at the wedding was planned by maid of honour Emily Alcorn, who launched a year-long Twitter campaign to make it all happen, using the hashtag, #getgary2louswedding.
Fans of the singer circulated the message around the world, holding pictures of themselves with the hashtag plea.
The X Factor judge agreed to surprise the 27-year-old and her new husband Mark Francis after he saw Alcorn's banner at one of his concerts.
And he made sure to keep it a secret until the wedding day.
Marketing assistant Louise Newman said: "I've been a massive Take That fan since I was six. The campaign started as a bit of a joke, but for the last few months I thought Emily had gone off the idea, so I gave up hope. Now I know Gary was plotting with her all along."
Describing the moment she realised that her childhood pop idol had come to her wedding, Newman said: "I heard the opening bars to A Million Love Songs and was swaying and singing along when someone called my name.
"I looked round and there was Gary. It was just magical. I went up and cupped his face in my hands, then he got down on one knee and sang to me."
"He even brought me a card saying 'To Lou, many congratulations on your special day, Gary B' with six kisses!" she revealed.
The 43-year-old singer sang his hit song A Million Love Songs, followed by Relight My Fire.
And fortunately the groom didn't mind sharing his special day with the star.
"Mark was thrilled. He's never shared my passion for Take That – but he loves Gary as much as me now," said Newman.
The wedding surprise will feature in a BBC documentary, with Take That fan James Corden interviewing the singer and gaining a glimpse into his  life.
When Corden Met Barlow airs on BBC1 on Monday at 9pm.

Counting Stars, ONEREPUBLIC song LYRICS - dntstore

OneRepublic

"Counting Stars"
[Chorus:]
Lately I been, I been losing sleep
Dreaming about the things that we could be
But baby, I been, I been prayin' hard
Said no more counting dollars
We'll be counting stars
Yeah, we'll be counting stars

[Verse 1]
I see this life
Like a swinging vine
Swing my heart across the line
In my face is flashing signs
Seek it out and ye shall find

Old, but I'm not that old
Young, but I'm not that bold
And I don't think the world is sold
I'm just doing what we're told

I feel something so right
By doing the wrong thing
And I feel something so wrong
By doing the right thing
I couldn't lie, couldn't lie, couldn't lie
Everything that kills me makes me feel alive

[Chorus:]
Lately I been, I been losing sleep (hey!)
Dreaming about the things that we could be
But baby, I been, I been prayin' hard (hey!)
Said no more counting dollars
We'll be counting stars
Lately I been, I been losing sleep (hey!)
Dreaming about the things that we could be
But baby, I been, I been prayin' hard (hey!)
Said no more counting dollars
We'll be, we'll be counting stars

[Verse 2:]
I feel the love
And I feel it burn
Down this river every turn
Hope is our four letter word
Make that money
Watch it burn

Old, but I'm not that old
Young, but I'm not that bold
And I don't think the world is sold
I'm just doing what we're told

And I feel something so wrong
By doing the right thing
I couldn't lie, couldn't lie, couldn't lie
Everything that drowns me makes me wanna fly

[Chorus:]
Lately I been, I been losing sleep (hey!)
Dreaming about the things that we could be
But baby, I been, I been prayin' hard
Said no more counting dollars
We'll be counting stars
Lately I been, I been losing sleep (hey!)
Dreaming about the things that we could be
But baby, I been, I been prayin' hard (hey!)
Said no more counting dollars
We'll be, we'll be counting stars

Oh, oh, oh.

[Bridge 4x:]
Take that money
Watch it burn
Sink in the river
The lessons I learned

Everything that kills me makes me feel alive

[Chorus:]
Lately I been, I been losing sleep (hey!)
Dreaming about the things that we could be
But baby, I been, I been prayin' hard (hey!)
Said no more counting dollars
We'll be counting stars
Lately I been, I been losing sleep
Dreaming about the things that we could be
But baby, I been, I been prayin' hard
Said no more counting dollars
We'll be, we'll be counting stars

[Outro 4x:]
Take that money
Watch it burn
Sink in the river
The lessons I learned

Worst Dressed Met Gala 2014: All The Stars That Failed On Fashion's Biggest Night

The Met Gala is arguably the biggest night in fashion. Everyone who is everyone makes an appearance, but just because the most talented designers, models and celebrities come together on one red carpet, that doesn't always mean the fashion is fantastic.
In fact, many stars tripped up, landing themselves a spot on the worst-dressed list. Lena Dunham wore an unflattering strapless dress, Kate Upton looked like she raided a costume store to find her gown and Lupita's ensemble just confused the sh*t of out us.

Pompeii Bastille - song lyrics - dntstore

Bastille

"Pompeii"
Eh-eh-o eh-o [6x]

I was left to my own devices
Many days fell away with nothing to show

And the walls kept tumbling down
In the city that we love
Great clouds roll over the hills
Bringing darkness from above

But if you close your eyes,
Does it almost feel like
Nothing changed at all?
And if you close your eyes,
Does it almost feel like
You've been here before?
How am I gonna be an optimist about this?
How am I gonna be an optimist about this?

We were caught up and lost in all of our vices
In your pose as the dust settled around us

And the walls kept tumbling down
In the city that we love
Great clouds roll over the hills
Bringing darkness from above

But if you close your eyes,
Does it almost feel like
Nothing changed at all?
And if you close your eyes,
Does it almost feel like
You've been here before?
How am I gonna be an optimist about this?
How am I gonna be an optimist about this?

Eh-eh-o eh-o [4x]

Oh where do we begin?
The rubble or our sins?
Oh oh where do we begin?
The rubble or our sins?

And the walls kept tumbling down (oh where do we begin?)
In the city that we love (the rubble or our sins?)
Great clouds roll over the hills (oh where do we begin?)
Bringing darkness from above (the rubble or our sins?)

But if you close your eyes,
Does it almost feel like
Nothing changed at all?
And if you close your eyes,
Does it almost feel like
You've been here before?
How am I gonna be an optimist about this?
How am I gonna be an optimist about this?

If you close your eyes, does it almost feel like nothing changed at all?

Eh-eh-o eh-o [8x]

Mark Selby dedicates World Championship title to late father

Mark Selby dedicated his maiden world title to late father David, who died of cancer in 1999.
The Leicester-based player, 30, beat defending champion Ronnie O'Sullivan 18-14 to become new world number one.
"My father died when I was 16, two months before I turned professional, and his last words were, 'I want you to become world champion'," said Selby, who overturned a 10-5 deficit to win.
I said to him, 'I will do one day'. Thankfully, today it's come true."
Selby, who trailed 10-7 overnight, triumphed on a dramatic final day at the Crucible and later admitted his exhaustion following agruelling semi-final victory over Neil Robertson.
"Every time I got a chance, I felt like I was capable of scoring, but on Sunday I was missing balls because of tiredness," he said.
"But towards the end, when Ronnie came back to 15-14 and asked me the question, I probably played my best snooker of the final in those last three frames. I needed to attack him and I did."
